Advanced Spotting Method to Remove tough yellow stains

(don't forget to test in an obsecure area first!)

  1. First do regular spotting techniques to the stained area then move to advanced steps.

  2. Finish the job with steam.

  3. Apply 35% hydrogen peroxide to stained area.

  4. Apply ammonia (26°) to accelerate. (8 oz of ammonia should be mixed with 4 oz of TergitŪ in a 12 oz bottle).

  5. Fog area with steam (a foaming action will occur).

  6. Add more peroxide if needed.

  7. Refog area if needed.

  8. Flush area out with steam.

  9. Apply rust remover or acetic acid (28% acetic). Acetic acid should be mixed 8 oz acetic acid with 4 oz of TergitŪ in a 12 oz bottle.

  10. Flush area thoroughly. Dry with air and vacuum.

  11. Apply leveling agent to wetted area.

  12. Wait about 15 minutes before cleaning.
